These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationships between Avionique Simulation, registered with the [Trade and Companies Register of PARIS B 517 403 572] under the SIRET number [123 568 941 00056], hereinafter referred to as “the Seller,” and its customers, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.” They apply to the sale of electronic peripherals and accessories for aviation simulation.
This website is hosted by HOSTINGER, whose registered office is located at HOSTINGER INTERNATIONAL LTD, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, reachable through the following means: www.hostinger.fr/contact.
Our products are crafted by hand, and while we strive for the highest quality standards, some aesthetic imperfections may occur. Rest assured, each product undergoes rigorous testing at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure proper operation.
Customers place orders exclusively and directly online on the Avionique Simulation website at www.avioniquesimulation.com. Payment is made online at the time of the order.
Prices on the site are in Euros and include all taxes. Avionique Simulation, a micro-enterprise, does not collect VAT. Please be aware that destination countries may impose local VAT and customs fees. Customers are responsible for checking and complying with destination country regulations. Products are shipped from France within the European Union.
Estimated delivery times are displayed when the customer chooses the type of delivery. In the case of products on backorder, please note that an additional 2 to 3 weeks of production time should be considered in addition to the standard delivery time. Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are added to the price of the products. The tracking number will be transmitted by email upon shipment of the order.
In the event of damaged products upon receipt, the Client is invited to contact Avionique Simulation via the email address sales@avioniquesimulation.com.
Payment is immediate when placing an order online, using the PayPal system. All payment methods offered by PayPal, including Visa and MasterCard credit cards, are accepted.
In accordance with legislation, the Client has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of the products.
No specific warranty is provided. In the case of abnormal use of the products, the client is solely responsible.
In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact Avionique Simulation via the email address sales@avioniquesimulation.com. In the case of legal action, the french Tribunal Juidiciaire is competent.
